1. How does the foot massager work?
Our foot massager uses a combination of vibrating massage and deep heat treatment to stimulate blood circulation, relieve sore muscles, and provide a relaxing, spa-like experience at home.
2. Is the heat function safe?
Yes, the heat function is completely safe and CE-certified. It is designed to provide a comfortable temperature that relieves tension without overheating.
3. How long should I use the device at a time?
We recommend 20-30 minutes of use per session. The device has a built-in timer that automatically switches off after the session, so you don't have to worry.
4. Who can use the foot massager?
The device is suitable for everyone. However, please read the enclosed leaflet.
5. How do I clean the device?
Use a lightly damp cloth to wipe the inside of the sock. Avoid immersing it in water. Always unplug it before cleaning.
6. How do I return the product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and get your money back. Contact us at mail@ForMig.dk for assistance with returns.
7. How fast do you deliver?
We offer delivery within 1–3 business days in Denmark. We ship from Spøttrup, where our warehouse and office are located.
